- A business person, an entrepreneur, a professional, or academic
- You have a basic knowledge of the German language, enough to follow meetings, which are partially held in German and partially in English.
- You have at least one sponsor, who is currently a member and will solicit a second member sponsor on your behalf.
- Believe the following objectives meet yours:

- To promote good public relations between the Members and the public
- To assist new German-speaking immigrants in becoming worthy citizens of Canada
- To encourage and promote German-Canadian business relations
- To foster and preserve the German Language and Culture.
